    Peel the squid, remove the ridges and entrails. Pour cold water into a saucepan and place over high heat. Rinse each carcass under cold running water. Place the squid carcasses in boiling water for 1 - 2 minutes from the moment of boiling and remove them, placing them on a plate. Let the squid cool completely. You should not cook squids for a long time, otherwise they will become hard and rubbery.

    Once the squid has cooled, cut it into strips and place in the salad bowl of your choice. The squid and all the ingredients can be cut as desired, but in this case I choose to cut it into strips, since, it seems to me, it looks more appetizing with this cut.

    Peel the boiled and cooled eggs and cut into strips. Add the chopped eggs to the bowl with the squid.

    Rinse fresh cucumbers with cold running water, cut off the ends and cut into strips. Add chopped cucumber to the salad bowl.

    Rinse fresh dill with running cold water and shake off excess liquid. For the salad, take thin shoots and leaves, leave the thick stems, for example, for soup. Cut fresh dill and add to the salad.

I prepared squid salad, egg, mayonnaise, cucumber for the holiday table. I like salads with seafood. Simple, fast and very tasty! The main thing is to boil the squid correctly so that it is not rubbery. I boiled the cleaned squid in boiling water for about a minute. I cut all the ingredients into strips, chopped the dill, put everything in a bowl, added mayonnaise and stirred. A delicious salad that I recommend trying. Thanks to the author for the recipe!

The most successful recipe, I really liked it))) Thank you! But I changed it a little, because... In February, all the dill in stores is different from the summer one, I replaced it with red onions marinated in apple cider vinegar with sugar and salt... It turned out great!!!
