Salad First Snow

STEP 1

How to make First Snow salad? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Boil the eggs over medium heat for 12 minutes and cool. This can be done by placing them under running cold water, and this will also make them easier to peel. Wash and dry the grapes, remove the branches.
STEP 2

Chicken fillet, I have chicken breast, boil in salted water until tender over medium heat. Remove the meat from the broth and place in a plastic bag, leave until cool. This will allow the boiled fillet to remain tender and not dry out. If you boil the chicken fillet in advance, for example the night before, preparing the salad will take you no more than 15 minutes.
STEP 3

Cut the cooled chicken fillet into small cubes and place on the bottom of the plate, giving it a round shape. Never use warm or hot ingredients in cold salads. The salad will spoil much faster.
STEP 4

Brush the top of the chicken with mayonnaise. The easiest way to do this is with a pastry cornet or a regular bag, putting mayonnaise at one end and cutting off the tip.
STEP 5

Finely chop the walnuts and place on top of the chicken layer. If the nuts were purchased by weight or from markets, heat them in a frying pan or microwave to kill bacteria and microorganisms. After all, it is unknown where they were stored and who took them into their hands.
STEP 6

Cover the nuts with mayonnaise.
STEP 7

Grate the hard cheese on a medium grater and spread in an even layer on the top and sides of the salad. Press it slightly onto the surface with a dry spoon, then it will not stick.
STEP 8

Apply mayonnaise in a thick layer to the top and sides of the cheese.
STEP 9

Peel the boiled eggs and separate them into yolks and whites. Chop the yolks and place on top of the salad in an even layer.
STEP 10

Lubricate the top with mayonnaise, spreading it over the entire surface of the salad.
STEP 11

Cut the black grapes in half and remove the seeds. Place it on top of the salad in a single layer. Place the remaining whites on the sides of the salad. Of course, you can cover the sides with grated cheese, but it has a yellowish color.
STEP 12

Decorate the top with cheese snowflakes, lingonberries and herbs.
