I decided to make a salad of crab sticks with cabbage, corn and egg. I replaced the white cabbage with the more tender Beijing cabbage, lightly grated it with salt, chopped all the other ingredients, and seasoned it with a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise. Mmm. I love this salad since childhood. Only before we cooked it without cabbage. And now I’m making exactly the same salad, but instead of cabbage I add Chinese lettuce. This makes the dish lighter, in my opinion. Even more greens - parsley and dill. Cooking time max. 30 minutes
