STEP 1

How to make a salad of crab sticks, tomatoes, eggs and cheese? Prepare your food. Remove the crab sticks (you can use crab meat) from the refrigerator first so that they are completely defrosted. Pre-boil chicken eggs, then cool in cold water. Take hard cheese without a specific taste. To dress the salad, you can use either mayonnaise or a mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream.
STEP 2

Remove the defrosted crab sticks from the packaging. The film in which each crab stick is wrapped is sometimes difficult to remove. To make the process easier, hold the chopsticks over the steam for 1-3 seconds. Cut the crab sticks into small cubes and place in your chosen salad bowl.
STEP 3

Peel the boiled and cooled chicken eggs and grate them on a coarse grater. Add the grated eggs to the salad bowl. You can also cut them into cubes.
STEP 4

Rinse fresh tomatoes with running cold water and dry with a towel. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and add to the salad bowl with the previously prepared ingredients. For this salad, choose small fruits that are not overripe, with hard walls and juicy pulp. Do not use tomatoes that are too watery for the salad.
STEP 5

Remove the selected hard cheese for the salad from the package and grate it on a coarse grater. Add cheese to salad.
STEP 6

Peel the garlic cloves and pass through a press (or grate on a fine grater), add the chopped garlic to the salad. Season the salad with mayonnaise and mix. Taste the salad and add salt if necessary.
STEP 7

Serve the finished salad immediately after it is prepared. This salad will brighten up both the everyday table and the festive one.
STEP 8

This salad can also be served by layering it in a serving plate (using a serving ring) or salad bowl. The layers will follow the steps in the salad preparation description. But here each layer needs to be coated with a small amount of mayonnaise mixed with chopped garlic. When serving the salad, garnish it with fresh dill or parsley. Bon appetit!
