    Boil and peel the beets. Grate on a coarse grater. I used ready-boiled beets.

With a minimum of ingredients, you can prepare an excellent tasty cheese salad under a fur coat, and all thanks to Maria’s recipe. I had boiled beets and therefore preparing the salad took little time. I grated the beets on a coarse grater and lightly squeezed out the juice. I had Russian cheese, which I also grated on a coarse grater. I chopped the nuts finely. From the greens I took celery leaves, because... There was no dill and instead of mayonnaise I used sour cream. Add chopped garlic, a little salt, chopped herbs to the sour cream and mix. I collected the salad in a ring. Layered layers of cheese - sour cream sauce - beets - sauce - nuts. Placed it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. The combination of cheese, beets and nuts is incredibly tasty, each ingredient complements each other perfectly. Thanks for the recipe Maria and I recommend you try it!

Oh, my favorite salad: beets, cheese, garlic!!! And nuts too! I made the Cheese under a Fur Coat salad without layers, I don’t like layered salads, I like the cheese in pieces. I love this combination of products! Thank you
