Ryzhik cake with sour cream

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Warm honey and sugar in a water bath. As soon as the sugar dissolves, add the butter and leave to cool.
STEP 2
Beat the eggs with a broom in a separate bowl
STEP 3
Pour the honey-sugar mixture into it and stir.
STEP 4
After this, sift the flour and baking powder, add to our mixture and knead into a soft dough. Wrap the resulting dough in a bag and put it in the refrigerator for an hour.
STEP 5
After this, take the dough out of the refrigerator, divide it into 8 parts,
STEP 6
Roll out each part thinly after sprinkling flour on the table and bake the cakes at 180 C temperature. Since the dough is thin, it bakes quickly.
STEP 7
Preparing the cream. Beat the cold sour cream with a mixer and powdered sugar. We coat each cake with cream and place it on top of each other, using the last cake for decoration. We will crumble it and sprinkle it on top of the cake. Leave to soak in the refrigerator overnight. The classic Ryzhik cake is ready. Bon appetit!
