I remember my mother used to make these rolls. I really liked them because of the combination of cheese with mayonnaise and garlic. When I came across a recipe for ham cheese and garlic rolls, I really wanted to remember the old days and make such a delicious dish myself. I only had boiled sausage. I made rolls with her. I cut the sausage on a slicer into thin circles. I used aioli sauce instead of mayonnaise. This is a garlic sauce, so there was no need to add garlic to the cheese. The sausage was small in diameter, so in order for the roulettes to hold properly, I stuck a canapé skewer into each of them. The hot Aioli sauce made the rolls very piquant. Rolls with hard cheese and garlic from ham are an exquisite dish that is not only tasty, but also looks attractive on any table. I cooled the resulting rolls in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. This gives them a denser texture and helps them retain their shape. But, in principle, they can be eaten immediately.
