An excellent meat dish for an everyday dinner. I liked the very quick and easy preparation of chicken. I prepared a small portion on the author’s advice. Rolled onions and carrots in flour and fried in oil. Chicken meat was dredged in flour and fried with garlic. Then I cooked everything together in a frying pan, adding salt and pepper. I added a little more seasoning for the chicken. The fried chicken is ready. The dish is elementary, absolutely without any problems. It turned out very appetizing, satisfying and aromatic. The garlic fit perfectly into the frying) The meat was well fried and remained juicy inside, which is very important. I served fried chicken with boiled buckwheat. Delicious! I recommend to everyone!
