Ricotta cake
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
How to make ricotta cake? Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
STEP 2
How to make a sand base? Take the cookies and crumble them. To do this, you can use a blender or you can put the cookies in a bag and roll them over with a rolling pin.
STEP 3
Melt the butter on the stove or in the microwave.
STEP 4
Combine the crumbled cookies with butter and mix well. The cookies should be completely saturated with oil and if you squeeze them in your palm, a lump will form.
STEP 5
Take the form. Line the bottom of the pan with parchment paper.
STEP 6
Place sand crumbs on the bottom of the mold and compact well. You can use the bottom of a glass for this.
STEP 7
In a convenient deep bowl, mix ricotta with mascarpone, add sugar and vanilla to taste. Mix well. If you add vanillin, take it on the tip of a knife, otherwise it will add bitterness to the finished product.
STEP 8
Place the cheese mixture in a second layer on the cookies.
STEP 9
Place jam on top. Chill the cake in the refrigerator for several hours. Jam can be taken from any fruit or berry. Remove the finished cake from the mold, cut into pieces and serve with hot tea, coffee or cocoa. Bon appetit!
