If someone had told me that a delicious cake could be prepared in 20 minutes, I would not have believed it. But it turns out that it is possible. It all started when I bought cookies, which turned out to be not very tasty. You can eat, but there is zero pleasure. I decided to cook something out of it. And I found this recipe for ricotta cake. The recipe surprised me with its simplicity and speed. It really only took 20 minutes to prepare. In addition to parchment, I also used cling film to cover the sides of the pan so that the cake would not stick to them. Instead of jam, I used strawberries pureed with sugar. The cake turned out gorgeous. Tender, moderately sweet, in no way inferior to store-bought cakes. Amazingly delicious! Of course, due to the presence of mascarpone and ricotta, this cake can hardly be called budget. But we don’t organize feasts with tea very often either. Therefore, sometimes you can fork out. Especially for something so delicious. Thank you very much for an amazing recipe!

And I really like it, I love such cheesy delicacies, and even without baking... I really always put the base in the oven for 10 minutes, but I have to try it.
