Frozen vegetables must be thawed in advance; canned vegetables must be strained from the liquid.

    Wash the pre-peeled onions and cut into small cubes. You can take white or red onions. You can choose any shape for cutting vegetables, but it is desirable that it be the same, as well as the size of the cut.

    Wash the bell pepper, remove seeds and stems. Cut the pepper into small cubes as well.
