It took just under 2.5 hours to cook. The soup is thick and spicy. Only in the 3rd supermarket did I find a dressing for kharcho containing plum puree. Tkemali sauce is not on sale.

Thanks for the recipe! It was the first time I cooked kharcho soup, now I will cook it only according to your recipe. Very tasty. The broth was beef and lamb (bones), instead of sauce I added tom. paste and tkemali seasoning. It turned out spicy

Cooked for over 2 hours, the recipe is terrible. No one began to eat, all the soup was poured into the toilet. I do not recommend repeating this recipe.
