Rassolnik is my favorite soup. I cooked it exclusively with pearl barley. I didn’t have pearl barley at home and decided to try making this recipe. At first, to be honest, I doubted that I would like it, but it turned out to be in vain. Nothing at all. Only I threw the potatoes not just into water, but into chicken broth. I boiled the leg, used it for another dish, and made a pickle with this broth. I like the broth in the soup to be clear and beautiful, so I boiled the grains separately and then poured them into the pan. Beautiful, tasty, satisfying. I recommend
