    How to make chicken and cheese quesadilla at home? Prepare the ingredients. Wash vegetables and herbs, dry and cut in a convenient way. Cut the onion into rings. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and fry until cooked. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Heat a frying pan with low sides and a non-stick coating over high heat, then reduce the heat to medium. Lay out the first tortilla. Top with some cheese, tomatoes and meat.

    Place the onion rings on top of the other ingredients on the tortilla. You can use either regular or red onions.

    Place chopped herbs and remaining cheese on onion rings. The total time for frying the first tortilla should not exceed two minutes so that it does not burn.

    Add finely chopped bell pepper. Add salt to taste. It is better to take red or green bell pepper. It seems to me that with them the quesadilla will look more impressive when cut.

    Cover everything with the second tortilla. Wait half a minute until the cheese melts and sticks to the tortilla. Then flip the quesadilla over to the other side and fry for a couple more minutes. I made quesadillas today using the recipe for chicken and cheese quesadillas at home. For the quesadilla, I took boiled chicken meat, cheese, and vegetables (since there was no bell pepper, I didn’t add it). I made the tortillas myself after finding a recipe on the website. I divided the dough into several portions and rolled them into thin flat cakes. I immediately placed one flatbread in the frying pan, placed the filling on it, and covered it with another flatbread on top. I fried the quesadilla on both sides until the tortillas were browned. Onions, tomatoes, meat, cheese in the filling - everything is very juicy and goes well together. Along with soft, tasty flatbreads - very tasty! I will definitely cook this wonderful dish again! Oh yeah! I love quesadillas in flatbreads, you can also “play” with different ingredients :)

I followed the recipe and tried so hard! But at the last moment I realized that I had forgotten about the cherry tomatoes. Maybe, of course, it would have been even tastier with tomatoes, but all of mine were very pleased without them. I compensated for the lack of cherry tomatoes with cheese and added more of it. I really liked it, yummy! Thank you!
