Pour water into the pan and add the washed chicken fillet. Add a pinch of salt, bay leaf and a couple of black peppercorns. Place the pan on the fire. An article on this topic will help you choose the ideal pan; the link to it is at the end of this recipe.
STEP 3

Meanwhile, wash the potatoes with a brush under running water, peel, rinse and cut into large cubes.
STEP 4

Also wash the carrots with a brush under running water, peel, rinse and cut into large cubes. Peel the onions and cut with a knife.
STEP 5

Remove the chicken fillet from the broth and divide it into pieces. Remove the bay leaf and peppercorns from the broth. Strain the broth through a sieve. Place the vegetables in the chicken broth and cook until the potatoes are soft.
STEP 6

Then add the chicken to the vegetables and cook them together for about 5 minutes.
STEP 7

Then drain the broth, leaving a little of it at the bottom of the pan with meat and vegetables. Blend everything with a blender until you obtain a homogeneous puree; add chicken broth if necessary to achieve the desired thickness of the soup. Add spices to taste, salt, and ground black pepper to the pureed chicken breast and vegetable soup. Stir.
STEP 8

Place the saucepan with the puree soup on the fire, bring to a boil, turn off the heat. Ready-made chicken and vegetable puree soup. Serve it hot with fresh herbs, crackers and sour cream. Bon appetit!
