I got sick, but I want to eat something) I started looking on the website for a recipe for a nutritious soup, but one that would be pleasant to eat with a sore throat. I found this puree soup, it’s good that on our website there are a variety of dishes for every taste. I made the broth the night before. To do this, I took a couple of legs from a young domestic cockerel. Rooster meat is richer and more satisfying, but also darker. This recipe is easy to prepare; the vegetables are simply cut into cubes. After the broth with vegetables boiled, added the meat and cooked until done. I didn't add any spices, just a little salt. I blended the soup with a blender. In general, the broth at the end of cooking was just the right consistency. The only negative is that the rooster has fibrous meat, it needed to be cut into smaller pieces. However, the soup turned out great. This is exactly what I needed. I remembered that I prepared the same for my children when they were little and did not want to eat meat) The main thing is that this puree soup in chicken broth with potatoes is tender in consistency and healthy. Thanks for the very useful recipe.
