Meanwhile, remove the zest from the orange and lemon, in total we will need 1-2 tbsp. l. grated zest and squeeze the juice from the orange and half a lemon.

Add the juice and zest to the pumpkin, put it on the fire and cook the jam, stirring until the pumpkin is ready for about 40-50 minutes, while cooking, add a cinnamon stick.

At the very end, if you wish, you can grind the jam using a blender or leave it as is.
