    We cut out the corners of the dough. We make cuts on the dough (2 cm wide strips): we start from the chocolate bar to the edge of the dough, cutting a little along the bias.

Lyudmila, hello! Can you please tell me how chocolate behaves? Doesn't it spread during baking or when it cools down? It should probably harden again. I’ve been looking at this roll for a long time, but I just haven’t gotten around to making it. The recipe is absolutely wonderful

Hello! Chocolate does not leak out of baked goods. And after cooling it does not become hard. And my family doesn’t even have time to cool down much.

Hello Lucy! I hasten to report back with photos! The recipe is great! Extraordinary yummy - with tea, coffee for morning breakfast it’s just a fairy tale! It’s also very easy and quick to prepare - all that’s involved is to place the chocolate bars on the prepared dough and throw them in the oven!
