    Beat eggs with 1 tbsp. l. sugar, add milk and stir.

    Mix soft butter with egg mixture.

    Add flour (you may need more or less flour).

    And quickly knead a soft but not sticky dough.

    Roll out the dough into a layer and fold into four. Roll out again and fold again. Place the resulting dough in the refrigerator for 40-60 minutes.

    Roll out the chilled dough into a long rectangle. Divide it into 3-4 equal parts.

    Take 1 part, sprinkle it with sugar and lightly crush it.
