Beat eggs with 1 tbsp. l. sugar, add milk and stir.
STEP 3
Mix soft butter with egg mixture.
STEP 4
Add flour (you may need more or less flour).
STEP 5
And quickly knead a soft but not sticky dough.
STEP 6
Roll out the dough into a layer and fold into four. Roll out again and fold again. Place the resulting dough in the refrigerator for 40-60 minutes.
STEP 7
Roll out the chilled dough into a long rectangle. Divide it into 3-4 equal parts.
STEP 8
Take 1 part, sprinkle it with sugar and lightly crush it.
STEP 9
Cover with 2, 3 and 4 layers. Sprinkle each layer, except the top one, with sugar. Roll out the resulting stack into a layer 2 mm thick.
STEP 10
Sprinkle sugar on top.
STEP 11
Roll the long edges of the rectangle to the center and fold them together. Cut the resulting sausage into pieces 1-1.5 cm thick.
STEP 12
Place the resulting cookies on a baking sheet.
STEP 13
Bake at 180 C for about 15 minutes. The cookies should be browned.
