STEP 1

Combine kefir, egg, sugar in a deep container.

Whisk the kefir mixture until the sugar dissolves.

When the sugar dissolves, add flour.

Cover the cream layer with the top cake and cover the surface of the top cake with the remaining cream.

Grate the chocolate on a coarse grater.

Sprinkle the cake with grated chocolate.

Decorate the cake with powdered sugar and jam and place in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
