We love homemade waffles made from rice flour, so we wanted to try a new option. To do this, I used the recipe for PP waffles for a waffle iron. I kneaded the dough using two large eggs and a large juicy apple, which is probably why I used more flour, about 90 g. I got a lot of dough and a decent mound of waffles accordingly). As a sweetener I took 0.5 tsp stevia powder. Place the dough one tablespoon at a time onto heated plates greased with vegetable oil. I oiled it once, and subsequent waffles did not stick. I recommend baking them for at least two minutes to ensure the apple is cooked through. But also focus on your waffle iron. The waffles turned out golden brown and very flavorful! The apple feels good, even the crumb is slightly fibrous. My waffles turned out soft, not crispy due to the presence of apple. They are delicious and juicy! I recommend!
