    How to make PP pancakes? Prepare the indicated products. Take ripe bananas. Thanks to this, the finished pancakes will have a rich taste and will be sweetish. I take eggs from category C0. No sugar is added to the pancakes; you can add sugar (sweetener), vanilla, and cinnamon to suit your taste. Prepare a non-stick frying pan.

    Wash the banana and dry with a towel. Remove the skin and cut - you can cut into circles or cubes. Take a deep bowl for dough and place the chopped banana in it.

    Break clean eggs and add to the bowl with the bananas. Take an immersion or regular blender.

    Grind and mix banana and eggs together. The mass should be airy and homogeneous.

    Add the required amount of rice flour and mix with a whisk. The pancake dough turns out thick, the consistency of sour cream.

    Heat the pan, reduce heat to medium. Spoon the dough into the pan and fry them first on one side, then turn them over and fry on the other until golden brown. A minute to one and a half minutes will be enough for frying. If the frying pan does not have a non-stick coating, you can lightly grease it with vegetable oil.

    Ready pancakes can be served immediately. For such pancakes you can offer jam, sour cream, condensed milk. You can also offer them a cup of coffee, tea or milk.

I haven't cooked anything with rice flour yet. Actually, I bought it to make Japanese cakes) I saw this recipe and decided to try making these banana pancakes, especially since there are only three ingredients. And at the same time I experienced torment. I prepared the dough strictly according to the recipe. Everything is simple here. Fry it in a dry non-stick frying pan. There was a little surprise here: the pancakes fry very quickly! Therefore, I advise those who will cook them not to leave the stove. They just cook instantly) They look like pancakes. They are porous inside, although I didn’t add any baking soda or baking powder. Despite the quick preparation, the inside of the dough was perfectly baked. True, the color of the dough became a little yellow-gray. It was probably the banana that gave this effect. The pancakes are a bit dry due to the lack of fat in the composition, but they are PP) In general, they are filling and tasty, quite sweet. By the way, they reminded me of Viennese waffles without butter) It was absolutely wonderful with sour cream. Only the portion is a little small, we ate it right away) I would add citrus zest to the dough for aroma and enrichment of taste. Thanks for the recipe, it's very interesting!

Thank you for the excellent and easy recipe, it’s been in my collection for a long time, I still haven’t found the time to leave a review. I add a chocolate bar in the middle (a spoonful of chocolate dough on top of a spoonful of dough), the children really like it, they eat it very quickly, I recommend it especially when there is nowhere to put ripe bananas!
