STEP 1
How to make potatoes with champignons and chicken? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. For cooking, you can use any parts of the chicken or take a whole chicken and chop it into pieces. I'll cook with chicken drumsticks. Sour cream can be of any fat content. It can be easily replaced with mayonnaise.
STEP 2
Rinse the chicken drumsticks in running water and dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Place them in a spacious bowl. Wash the champignons to remove dirt and cut into large pieces. You can simply cut them in half. Add them to the chicken.
STEP 3
Separately mix sour cream with ketchup. Add salt and spices. For spices, I added ready-made chicken spices and some dried basil. Mix everything.
STEP 4
Add the resulting sauce to the chicken and mushrooms. Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Mix everything and leave to stand for a while.
STEP 5
At this time, peel the potatoes, rinse them from dirt and cut them into large pieces. Place the chopped potatoes in a bowl and stir everything together.
STEP 6
For baking, you can take any heat-resistant form. I take the ceramic one. Grease the bottom and sides of the pan with vegetable oil and place the chicken with potatoes and mushrooms. Distribute everything evenly throughout the entire pan. Place in the oven, preheated to 190 degrees for 1 hour. Be guided by your oven.
STEP 7
After baking, the potatoes will become soft and the chicken will begin to brown. Remove the pan from the oven, arrange on plates and serve. Bon appetit!
