I'll cook with chicken drumsticks. Sour cream can be of any fat content. It can be easily replaced with mayonnaise.

Distribute everything evenly throughout the entire pan. Place in the oven, preheated to 190 degrees for 1 hour. Be guided by your oven.

For the second course I made potatoes with champignons and chicken. I cut two legs into pieces, removed the skin from them, and put them in a deep bowl. I also sent chopped potatoes and a sauce made from sour cream and tomato paste, seasoned with garlic, salt and spices (I had Italian herbs). I mixed everything with my hands. Then I added chopped champignons, mixed everything again and put it in a dish greased with vegetable oil. I baked the potatoes in the oven for an hour, covering the dish with foil so that the meat and potatoes were well cooked. It turned out very aromatic and tasty! The potatoes came out soft and crumbly, the mushrooms were juicy, the meat was tender and easily separated from the bone.
