Very aromatic potatoes, amazingly tasty even without meat. My family really loves potatoes and most often I cook them in the oven. I have accumulated a lot of recipes, I love them all, and today I want to share one of them. Fast, simple and very tasty!

    First of all, wash the potatoes well and boil them in their skins for 15 minutes, until almost ready, to make it faster, it’s better to take medium-sized potatoes

    While the potatoes are boiling, prepare the garlic sauce - mix sour cream and mayonnaise. Of course, you can take just one thing - either sour cream or mayonnaise, but I really like their combination

    Press the garlic through a press and add dried basil (or other favorite aromatic herbs)

    Finely chop the dill and add it to the sauce

    Then three cheeses, add most of them to the sauce and leave a little cheese for sprinkling on top

    Mix well - and the delicious garlic sauce is ready!

    We clean it and cut it coarsely (into 2-4 parts), transfer it to a baking dish (I have a non-stick pan and I didn’t additionally lubricate it with anything)

    Sprinkle with cheese, we only need a little bit for flavor and a slight crust. Place in the oven at 180-200 degrees for 15-20 minutes

I saw a recipe for these delicious potatoes and wanted to make them. I peeled the potatoes, cut them into portions and sent them to boil in already boiling water for 15 minutes. I made the sauce according to the recipe, only I did not add fresh herbs, I put dried basil. I grated all the cheese into the sauce on a fine grater. I didn’t sprinkle any cheese on top. I put the potatoes in the pan, poured the sauce on top and mixed everything. I baked it until the potatoes were ready. The aroma was magical! Potatoes in garlic sauce baked in the oven won me over!
