Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
To prepare potato wedges, you will need potatoes, vegetable oil, as well as salt and spices (it is advisable to use paprika, curry, turmeric, ground black pepper are good, and granulated garlic will also give an excellent taste).
STEP 2
You can peel the potatoes, or you can leave the skins on, but in this case you should rinse the tubers well, preferably with a brush. Cut the prepared potatoes into slices.
STEP 3
Add vegetable oil, salt and spices.
STEP 4
Mix the potatoes with your hands so that the oil and spices are evenly distributed over the entire surface (you can put the potatoes with oil and spices in a bag and mix in the bag, then your hands will remain clean).
STEP 5
Place the slices on a baking sheet, placing them on edge. This will ensure perfect baking and even browning.
STEP 6
Place the potato wedges in an oven preheated to 190-200 degrees. Bake for approximately 30-40 minutes. As soon as the slices are appetizingly browned and soft inside, take them out.
STEP 7
Serve the finished potato wedges baked in the oven hot with one or more sauces.
