I decided to make some pies for my husband to take to work. For this I chose a recipe for potato dough with potatoes. My potatoes were young and small, I took six pieces. The egg used was category C2. I added flour gradually. It took me 130 grams. The dough turned out tender and soft. From the dough I made pies with boiled sausage and cheese. I got 5 large pies. To prevent the dough from sticking to your hands, before forming the pies, grease your hands with vegetable oil. I baked the pies in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees: 10 minutes on the lowest level and 10 minutes on the highest level. The resulting pies were tender, tasty, and very filling.
