STEP 1

How to make pork with green beans? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Take the meat from the lean part of the carcass; I used a medallion. You can add any seasonings to the dish to suit your taste.
STEP 2

STEP 3

Wash the pork in running water and dry with paper towels. Remove all fatty layers from pork. Cut the meat into thin strips or cubes and add to the pan with the onions. Fry for 15-20 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally, I covered with a lid.
STEP 4

Meanwhile, take care of the beans, they can be either fresh or frozen, the second option is even preferable: the beans have already been cut into almost identical pieces, peeled, all that remains is to lightly boil them, it is not even necessary to defrost them for this. Throw the frozen beans into boiling water, cook for 8 minutes, and then immediately under a stream of cold water - this way they will not lose their bright green color. The beans can be yellow, the choice is always yours.
STEP 5

When the meat is almost ready, pour in soy sauce and pepper. Simmer the pork in the sauce for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle the finished meat with sesame seeds, mix well so that the seeds penetrate everywhere.
STEP 6

Add the drained and dried beans to the pan.
STEP 7

Mix well. Pork with green beans is ready. You can put it on plates and serve it to the table. This is a completely self-sufficient dish that can do without a side dish.
