STEP 1
How to make shish kebab on a baking sheet in the oven from pork? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. For pork meat, choose neck or tenderloin. This meat will not be dry after baking.
STEP 2
Cut the meat into small pieces, approximately 3*3 or 4*4 cm.
STEP 3
Peel the onion, rinse in cool water and finely chop. Remember to chop the onion with your hands so that it releases its juice faster. Add the onion to the bowl with the meat. Add meat spices and dried basil here. I use a mixture of ground peppers as a spice. But dried basil can be replaced with any other dried aromatic herbs. Mix all the ingredients and leave to marinate for 2-3 hours.
STEP 4
Wooden skewers are suitable for preparing shish kebab. While the kebab is marinating, soak the skewers in water. They will be saturated with water and will not burn when baked.
STEP 5
At the end of marinating, add salt to the meat and stir. Place the meat on skewers and place on a baking tray. Choose a baking tray so that the meat is suspended. Place the kebabs in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 25-30 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
STEP 6
The finished kebabs will be browned. Transfer them to a dish and serve. Bon appetit!
