I really liked Yulia’s recipe for pork gravy with tomato paste. I decided to cook it with minor changes, instead of pork I took beef, excluded carrots and cooked it in my favorite slow cooker. I fried the meat on *baking* mode, then added chopped onions and tomato paste (frozen in cubes). I switched it to *stewing* mode, added water and spices, and set the time to 1 hour. Wonderful aromatic, soft meat with gravy is ready for lunch!

I made pork gravy with tomato paste for lunch. The cooking process is quite simple, and I really liked the result! I chopped the meat and fried it in vegetable oil. When the pieces were browned, I added carrots and onions. I fried everything together for 5 minutes, then poured a sauce made from tomato paste, flour and water over the meat. After that, I stewed the meat under the lid for 40 minutes. To prepare this recipe, I opened a jar of tomato paste from the store; it had the taste and aroma of parsley. During stewing, this note, one might say, disappeared, and the sauce turned out to be very pleasant to the taste. The meat was stewed well and became soft and appetizing! Delicious!
