    STEP 1

How to bake pork ribs in soy sauce in the oven? Prepare everything you need for this. When pork ribs are sold separately, on their own, there is very little meat on them. I buy a whole pork loin with ribs and cut the ribs so that there is enough meat on them. Cut the ribs into pieces so there are 1-2 ribs each. Honey should be liquid. If it is thick, melt it in the microwave.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

To prepare the marinade, combine liquid honey, vinegar, mustard, soy sauce and vegetable oil.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Peel the garlic and rinse. Then press the garlic through a press and add it to the bowl of marinade. Add some salt and spices. When adding salt, keep in mind that the soy sauce is already salty. Ground pepper will suffice as a spice. Stir.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Rinse the pork ribs under running water and pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Sprinkle the ribs with pepper and rub it a little into the meat.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Marinate the pork ribs in the resulting marinade. Try to distribute the marinade more evenly over the ribs and cover them on all sides. Leave the ribs to stand in the marinade for 2-3 hours.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

For baking, take any heat-resistant bowl. Place the marinated pork ribs in it and place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 55-60 minutes. Be guided by your oven.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

The finished ribs will turn an appetizing golden color. A little juice will appear during baking. But during cooking, all the moisture will evaporate, and the ribs themselves will brown significantly.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Place the prepared pork ribs on a plate and serve! Bon appetit!

For dinner I cooked pork ribs in soy sauce with honey in the oven. I had the top two ribs. I decided not to separate them into stones, but bake them whole. The ribs were washed and dried. If there is no water on the meat, then the marinade “sticks” better. I was very pleased with the composition of the marinade; it has everything I love). I find soy sauce the best base for sauce. Garlic complements pork well with its aroma and pungent taste. Vegetable oil and honey give a blush. I added curry to the spices; together with mustard, they add a pleasant spice to the meat. I never added vinegar, it turned out that it is not noticeable in the finished dish, but it certainly makes the meat soft. I marinated the ribs for three hours in a bag, then baked them with the marinade for one hour. They turned out so beautiful and rosy. The meat is very soft and comes off the bone easily. The taste is amazing, spicy, sweet! I really liked the recipe, I recommend it!

Thank you very much for the recipe! Unrealistically delicious, I baked pork ribs in soy sauce under foil, didn’t take a photo right away, then there was nothing left, we ate them right away👍😋
