Pork liver goulash

A recipe for a delicious and unusual goulash with a spicy touch. I like the simplicity and speed of preparation, especially if the goulash is made from the liver of chicken or other poultry, such as turkey. I can’t say that I really like food like liver, but I cook it for myself and my family from time to time. I am sharing a culinary recipe for pork liver goulash; there can also be beef liver goulash and chicken liver goulash.

I recently tried this dish, but replaced the white wine with red, and it turned out even tastier and had a more interesting color. And this recipe is just a bomb, although I don’t really like liver.

And why the milk indicated in the composition? And the milk and sour cream won’t curdle from the tomato paste? I want to try making it with beef, but I’ll probably take red wine.

You don't need milk, just sour cream, and it won't curdle.
