We start by washing the liver and cutting it into medium pieces (not large).

Then finely chop the onion

While the onions are cooking, roll the livers in flour

fry for 10 minutes.

After this time, take out the liver, pour a tablespoon of flour into the frying pan, pour in sour cream and tomato juice, add salt and finely chopped garlic, pepper to taste, pour in dry white wine and put on medium heat.

Bring this whole mass to a boil, do not forget to stir periodically.

We simmer goulash from pork, chicken, beef, or, in short, any liver until it is completely cooked.
STEP 11
When the liver goulash is ready, turn off the heat and place our meat dish on plates with the side dish you want. Enjoy your meal!
