hmm, somehow I didn’t think of wrapping it in a roll before, I used to just grind everything with a blender, put it in a jar, then spread it on black bread, I’ll try it once and according to your recipe, I’ll cook it in the form of a roll

It turned out great. A roll made from lard is more pleasant to cut and looks more beautiful. I had dried rosemary, and I had ground basil from the summer. I dry most herbs in the summer at the dacha. For two days my husband walked around the refrigerator and, like a cat, licked the lard. This is a world snack!
