Kharcho soup, in my opinion, is the most delicious of soups. Only it and borscht can be eaten for several days and its taste does not deteriorate. But I still prefer to cook it from beef. By the way, there is a serious mistake in this recipe. At the end of cooking, you need to add tkemali, or at worst tomatoes! The soup in the photo is red, where could this color come from? You won't get kharcho soup with this recipe!

The soup really turns out very tasty and satisfying, sooooo filling. spices add an amazing aroma. I pre-boiled part of the ball to create a broth, which I later added to the fried meat. I took into account the comments on the recipe - fried 3 tomatoes and added them 15 minutes before they were ready. The whole preparation took 1.5 hours. Served with sandwiches on toast. thanks for the good recipe.
