STEP 1
How to very simply and quickly cook pork fillet chops with fried onions and spices in a frying pan, which will definitely appeal to many and will pleasantly surprise you with its excellent taste? First of all, prepare the necessary ingredients with spices to whip up pork chops at home.
STEP 2
To prepare the chops, take seven hundred grams of slightly frozen pork tenderloin and cut across the grain into pieces half a centimeter thick.
STEP 3
Place the cut pieces of meat on a cutting board and cover the top with a plastic bag, then take a hammer and beat the meat well on both sides, not forgetting to go along the edges of the pieces.
STEP 4
Place the chopped pieces of meat on a plate, then mix salt, coriander, a mixture of ground peppers, dried garlic in a small bowl to taste and sprinkle the prepared mixture on both sides of the pieces of meat.
STEP 5
Take a frying pan and place it on the stove that is turned on, then put thirty grams of butter into it, one large onion, pre-cut into half rings, then stir and fry the onion over medium heat on the stove until a beautiful golden color, then add salt and mixture to the frying pan to taste from ground peppers.
STEP 6
Take the pan and put it on the stove on, then pour two tablespoons of vegetable oil into it and warm it over medium heat of the plate.
STEP 7
Turn over the chopped pieces of meat soaked in spices in a plate and roll them one by one in a plate with wheat flour.
STEP 8
Place the pieces of meat rolled in flour into a frying pan with heated vegetable oil and fry them on a stove over medium heat for four minutes on one side.
STEP 9
Turn the pieces of meat fried on one side in the pan and continue frying them until fully cooked, three minutes on the second side.
STEP 10
Place the cooked pork chops on a plate and serve along with onions fried until golden brown.
