Porcini mushrooms in sour cream in a frying pan

STEP 1

How to make porcini mushrooms in sour cream and onions in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Choose small fresh porcini mushrooms. Sour cream can be of any fat content. I have 20%. Remove the sour cream from the refrigerator in advance so that it is at room temperature. This way it won't separate in the sauce. STEP 2

Clean the mushrooms from forest debris, check for worms and cut into small pieces. Rinse several times in cold water.
STEP 3

Then place the washed mushrooms in a saucepan, cover with clean water and bring to a boil. Boil for about 15 minutes. A foam will appear that needs to be removed.
STEP 4

Drain the boiled mushrooms in a colander and rinse again with cold water. Leave to drain all the water.
STEP 5

Peel the onion, rinse in cold water and finely chop.
STEP 6

Add the chopped onion and fry it for a couple of minutes. It will become softer.
STEP 8

Add boiled porcini mushrooms to the pan with the onions. Stir. Fry everything together for another 4-5 minutes.
STEP 9

In a separate glass, mix sour cream with water.
STEP 10

Pour sour cream sauce over mushrooms. Add salt and ground pepper to taste. You can add some dried herbs or spices for the mushrooms. Stir.
STEP 11

Heat everything together for a couple more minutes and remove the pan from the heat. Mushrooms in sour cream are ready! Complete them with any side dish and serve. Bon appetit!
