STEP 1
How to bake pink salmon with tomatoes and cheese in the oven? It is better to take pink salmon fresh. If this is not possible, then the fish must first be defrosted. The tomato is large and fleshy. Choose the cheese you like in baking; I take a soft one. Salt, dry spices - I take a small pinch of Provencal herbs, you can take any to taste. We will bake the fish, so prepare a heat-resistant form and turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
STEP 2
Pink salmon fillets should have intact, smooth skin, no visible damage, and no foreign unpleasant odor. Rinse the fish and dry with a paper towel or napkins. Cut the fillet into portions, I got two of them. Remove the remaining seeds and remove the skin. Line a baking dish with baking paper or grease with vegetable oil. Salt each piece and add dry spices.
STEP 3
Wash and dry the selected tomato. Cut into circles. Place the chopped tomato on a piece of pink salmon. I got two rings per piece.
STEP 4
Grate the selected cheese on a coarse grater. I take Russian cheese, it melts very well in the oven and forms an even, appetizing crust. Sprinkle each piece of fish generously with grated cheese. Place the pan with pink salmon in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
STEP 5
Pink salmon baked in the oven with cheese and tomatoes, served hot. This dish can be offered as an independent diet dinner. For a heartier meal, you can offer boiled potatoes, rice or vegetable salad.
