I was making mashed potatoes and remembered that I saw a recipe for pies made with potato broth on the website and wanted to make them. I left the broth after boiling the potatoes and set aside some of the mashed potatoes for the filling. I kneaded the dough. I added fried onions and finely chopped dill to the puree. The dough was pleasant to work with, it was soft, tender, pliable, and did not stick to your hands. The pies increased slightly in size when frying. The finished dough is soft and airy. Everyone at home really liked these pies. Thanks for the recipe!
