Pies in a frying pan on water

Prepare all products.

Dissolve dry yeast in warm water.

Pour in sugar and 2-3 tbsp. wheat flour.

Leave the dough warm for 15 minutes.

Then pour in vegetable oil and stir well.

Add salt and flour.

Knead thick dough for pies. Leave in a warm place for 20 minutes.

Salt the minced meat and add finely chopped onion to it, mix.
STEP 9

Divide the dough into 10-12 portions. Roll each piece of dough into a flat cake and add filling.

Pinch the pies well.
STEP 11

Fry the pies on each side until golden brown.
STEP 12

I baked pies in a frying pan using water. Like the author, I decided to use minced meat for the filling (I used pork), I added twisted onions, salt, and black pepper to it. I kneaded the dough according to the recipe, due to the active yeast it rose quite quickly, I even had to knead it once, because I was a little busy, and the dough tried to “run away”)))).
