    Mix flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl and add margarine to it. If it is frozen, then you can grate it into flour, and if it has been sitting at room temperature, then simply knead it with your hands into crumbs with the flour mixture.

    Quickly knead the shortbread dough with your hands.
