Pickled cabbage with beets without sterilization

STEP 1

Cut two and a half kilograms of cabbage into fairly large pieces.
STEP 3
Using a curly knife, cut four hundred grams of carrots into small random pieces.

Cut one head of garlic into thin slices.
STEP 6
Cut off a small piece of hot capsicum and put it in a three-liter jar.

Place four dried allspice berries, five black peppercorns, a small layer of beet slices and some garlic slices into a jar.

Place a layer of chopped cabbage and carrots in a jar.

Cover the carrots with another layer of cabbage and press down.

Pour two and a half liters of water into a saucepan and bring to a boil on the stove, then pour twelve and a half tablespoons of sugar into it.

Pour five tablespoons of coarse table salt into the pan for pickling, then add six bay leaves and mix all the ingredients and bring the water to a boil again.

Pour three hundred milliliters of 9% table vinegar into a pan of boiling water and stir.
STEP 16
Pour the prepared marinade to the very top of the jars filled with vegetables.
STEP 17
Add two tablespoons of vegetable oil to each jar of cabbage.
STEP 18
We tightly close the lids of each jar, then check for leaks and cover with a warm blanket or blanket until it cools completely.
