Made from simple products, but very tasty and refined. Pasta with meat sounds beautiful, but it’s very easy to make. The meat in sour cream sauce with the addition of wine turns out very tender, and also Italian pasta and Parmesan - what could be better!

    How to make pasta with meat? Prepare your ingredients. I used pork, but you can choose any meat of your choice, which can be combined with white wine, sour cream and cheese. Grate Parmesan on a fine grater.

    Wash the pork, if necessary, trim the membranes and veins, dry, and cut into small pieces.

    Peel the garlic, cut each clove into thin slices.

    In a saucepan, heat the olive oil at a high smoking point and fry the garlic in it until golden brown. After this, remove the garlic from the pan.

    Place the meat in the pan and cook, stirring, until cooked through, about 30 minutes. The finished meat should be browned; when cutting a piece, the cut will be of a uniform color.

    Now pour wine into the meat, add sour cream, salt and spices to taste. Stir. To prevent the sour cream from curdling, before putting it in the pan, add a teaspoon of flour and stir.

    Simmer covered for another 5-7 minutes until the meat is soft.

    Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente (read package instructions).

    Then place the pasta in a colander and let the water drain.

    Divide the pasta into bowls, top with the meat and sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Serve with fresh herbs. Bon appetit!

I decided to make pasta with meat according to this recipe. I chopped the pork and sent it to fry in a hot frying pan with garlic. After 20 minutes, I added flour and mixed. Then I poured wine and put sour cream, salt and added Italian herbs. I mixed everything quickly so that there were no lumps. I simmered it for another 10 minutes, it turned out incredibly aromatic, the meat was covered in a small amount of sauce. Boil the pasta in salted water and drain in a colander. After all the water had drained, I put the pasta back into the pan. Added a tablespoon of olive oil and stirred. After this procedure, the pasta will definitely not stick together, even if it stands. I put it on plates, put the meat on top and sprinkled it with cheese. It turned out to be a complete dish - both satisfying and tasty!
