    How to make pasta with ham and mushrooms in a creamy sauce? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Choose any pasta to your taste: horns, feathers, spaghetti, bows, etc. I had spirals. Cream can be used at any fat content. I chose 10%. My champignons were small, so I took 5 of them. Instead of olive oil, you can use regular sunflower oil.

    Pour water into a saucepan and place on fire. Take water at the rate of 1 liter per 100 grams of pasta. In our case, you need 2 liters of water. Add two teaspoons of salt. Place pasta in boiling water and stir to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pan. Cook the pasta until done, about 5-7 minutes or according to the time indicated by the manufacturer on the package. Place the finished pasta in a colander.

    Cut the ham and champignons into strips.

    Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the chopped ham and mushrooms for 6-10 minutes until golden brown. At this stage you can add ground black pepper. I did not add salt, since it is sufficiently contained in ham and cheese.

    Pour the cream into a saucepan or saucepan and heat it over low heat, but keep it boiling. I used a wok frying pan for these purposes.

I whipped up pasta with ham and mushrooms. I took feathers of pasta, boiled them according to the instructions. I took frozen champignons, fried them in a frying pan until almost done and added chopped bacon, I decided to replace them with ham. Instead of cream, I added natural yogurt. And I didn’t add cheese. I liked that everything was prepared quickly and the result was excellent! It turned out very tasty! Thanks for the recipe!
