Place the finished pasta in a colander or sieve to drain the water.

    At the same time, prepare the cream sauce. Melt butter in a frying pan.

    Add flour to the pan, stir. Over moderate heat, stirring, fry the flour for 1-2 minutes.

As a side dish I baked pasta with cream in the oven. This dish is easy to prepare, but turns out tasty and satisfying! First I boiled the pasta itself, mine took about 10-12 minutes. The time depends on the type of pasta. I really like white sauce with cream. It is best to stir lumps with a wooden or silicone spatula. If lumps still form, you can rub the sauce through a sieve or beat with a blender. I baked the dish for 20 minutes at 180°C. The cheese and wheat crackers formed an interesting, slightly crispy crust. Pasta has a pleasant consistency and delicate taste!
