I loved this chicken and bacon pasta. I decided to make it again, but without adding bacon. I made homemade pasta myself from homemade eggs and flour, boiled and washed. Fried chicken fillet pieces in butter and vegetable oil. Then stewed in cream until thickened. From the spices I added salt and freshly ground pepper. Added homemade noodles to the pan, stirred and served on plates. Before serving, sprinkle with grated cheese. I chose Dutch hard cheese. The dish turned out amazingly delicious. The perfect combination of noodles and chicken in a creamy sauce. The fillet turned out very juicy and tender, thanks to the cream. Homemade noodles go well with the sauce. Cheese complements the dish perfectly. Insanely delicious! Many thanks to the author!
