Since childhood, I was surrounded by the aromas of the family kitchen, where my grandmother prepared traditional dishes, and this was forever imprinted in my heart. Memories of how we gathered as a family around the table give me warmth and inspiration. Traveling around the world, I discovered a wealth of culinary traditions, from oriental spices to Italian pastas. My goal is to show that anyone can cook and it doesn't have to be difficult. I create recipes that are easy to follow so everyone can enjoy the flavor and love that goes into the food.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Baking at The School of Artisan Food.
