Great recipe for beetroot dough! Amazing and delicious! What should you do if you have a record harvest of beets at your dacha or you simply haven’t been able to calculate your love for this vegetable and have some left over? I read about this in a gardening magazine that was handed out at a long-standing gardening tool show. There were many culinary recipes for what can be prepared from the most common garden edible vegetation. It turns out that you can knead excellent bread dough using the most ordinary beets.

The dough turned out very beautiful, soft and pleasant in all respects)) But after baking, not much of the pink color remained, and the inside of the bread turned out completely pale. To be honest, I was expecting something brighter. So I don’t see much point in further experiments with beets)

And I understand that it’s pink from beets, but somehow it’s still not right... I normally perceive multi-colored cake, but not bread

I think it would be more interesting to bake small pink buns instead of a huge loaf))
