ninaola, thank you, wonderful salad! Because of my thyroid problems, I was also advised to eat sea kale, but I couldn’t imagine how it could be eaten in its pure form. But it turns out delicious in a salad. In addition, you can cook it with different additives - squid, cheese, crabs.
