Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 20 mins
STEP 1
Measure out ingredients.
STEP 2
Sauce. Melt the butter over low heat.
STEP 3
Pour cream into the butter.
STEP 4
Simmer over low heat, stirring, until boiling.
STEP 5
When the cream begins to thicken, add salt and pepper.
STEP 6
Grate Parmesan on a fine grater and add to the cream. While stirring, wait until the Parmesan cheese is completely melted.
STEP 7
Boil spaghetti in plenty of water for about 6 minutes until aldente. Drain the finished pasta in a colander.
STEP 8
Add the pasta to the sauce in the frying pan and heat, stirring, for about 2 minutes. Divide the finished pasta into plates, sprinkle with grated Parmesan and fresh thyme on top. Garnish with parsley.
