How to make pasta in Italian? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Italian cuisine loves a more refined taste, so you can add more hot spices. You can also add olives, capers, hot peppers, and more fresh herbs if desired. Fresh herbs can be replaced with frozen ones.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Finely chop the garlic or pass through a press.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Place the chopped garlic in the pan and fry it over low heat for about 5 minutes. During this time, the garlic should become transparent and slightly browned.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Wash the tomatoes and cut into small cubes. If the tomatoes are large and have a hard skin, then it is better to scald them with boiling water and remove the skin, then chop them finely.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Add the tomatoes to the garlic in the frying pan. Fry the vegetables for 15 minutes over low heat until the tomatoes release their juice. Then add cilantro and parsley to the tomatoes, salt to taste and stir. You can add hot pepper. Fry for about 3 more minutes. Turn off the heat. There is no need to fry for a long time so that the greens do not burn and the sauce does not evaporate.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Boil the pasta. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, add salt to taste. Place pasta in boiling water. Cook them until cooked; check the instructions on the package for the time. Cooking time for pasta depends on the variety, quality and manufacturer. When the pasta is ready, drain the water. Drizzle the pasta with olive oil and toss gently to prevent sticking.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Place the finished pasta in plates and pour tomato sauce on top. You can serve Italian-style pasta as a separate dish or as a side dish for meat. Bon appetit!

Lately I've been wanting to add garlic to all my dishes, although my family doesn't share my impulse. That’s why I prepared Italian pasta for myself personally) The pasta itself is in the form of horns, but the main thing is that it is of high quality, then the taste will not suffer. For the gravy I used frozen tomatoes, the garlic was also frozen and already put through a press. I fried them in olive oil and added chopped parsley. The aroma during roasting is simply amazing! I didn’t keep it on the fire for a long time. The released juice was enough for me as a juicy gravy. This is an excellent tasty and filling dinner.
