Pasta in creamy sauce with garlic

STEP 1

Prepare the ingredients needed to cook pasta in creamy garlic sauce. You will need pasta (it is advisable to use tubes or spirals made from durum wheat), garlic, cream (I used 20%), tomato, vegetable oil, salt and ground black pepper.
STEP 2

Rinse the tomato, make a cross-shaped cut at the tip and pour boiling water over the tomato for 30 seconds. Then rinse the tomato with ice water and carefully remove the skin, which after the above procedures will come off easily and simply.
STEP 3

Cut the peeled tomato pulp into small cubes (remove the stem). Peel the garlic and chop finely. If a clove of garlic has an internal green sprout, it is better to remove it so that there is no aggressive garlic taste and smell.
STEP 4

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add chopped tomato pulp and chopped garlic. Simmer over medium heat for a couple of minutes until the tomato softens.
STEP 5

Carefully pour in room temperature cream. Add salt to taste and ground black pepper. Stir and bring to a boil.
STEP 6

While preparing the creamy sauce, boil the pasta in salted water. Place the finished pasta in a colander and let the water drain.
STEP 7

Add the cooked pasta to the pan with the sauce. Stir.
STEP 8

Warm everything together under the lid for 1-2 minutes and then serve. This pasta must be served immediately after cooking. When serving, add chopped herbs or finely grated cheese to the dish.
