    Rinse the tomato, make a cross-shaped cut at the tip and pour boiling water over the tomato for 30 seconds. Then rinse the tomato with ice water and carefully remove the skin, which after the above procedures will come off easily and simply.

    Cut the peeled tomato pulp into small cubes (remove the stem). Peel the garlic and chop finely. If a clove of garlic has an internal green sprout, it is better to remove it so that there is no aggressive garlic taste and smell.

    Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add chopped tomato pulp and chopped garlic. Simmer over medium heat for a couple of minutes until the tomato softens.

This recipe made very tasty pasta; I had penne today. Appetizing and easy to prepare, and most importantly, a quick dish. I had fresh tomatoes, 10% cream. The taste turned out to be piquant, rich, and, I would say, elegant. I really liked the dish because of its creamy, piquant taste and speed of preparation. The first time I got a thick sauce, next time I’ll try to make it thinner. A nice variety of side dishes and perfect as a stand-alone dish. Cook with pleasure!
