  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make pancakes without soda with milk? Prepare all ingredients. All products needed for preparing pancake dough stored in the refrigerator must be removed from the refrigerator in advance; they must be at room temperature.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Beat chicken eggs into a deep bowl; if desired, you can increase the number of eggs, the dough for pancakes will be richer. Beat the eggs with a mixer, blender, or hand whisk until smooth and a slight foam appears on the surface. Wash the eggs first using food-grade detergent to remove any dirt from them.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Pour milk into the bowl with the egg mixture, the higher the percentage of fat in the milk, the better, the pancakes will turn out softer and tastier. Add a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil; if you wish, you don’t have to add oil to the dough, but it will ensure that the pancakes “stick” perfectly from the frying pan, without requiring it to be added to the frying pan itself. Add sugar and salt. Beat the mixture again with a mixer until the sugar and salt are completely dissolved.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Add sifted wheat flour. Mix the ingredients or beat again with a mixer until the dough is homogeneous and slightly thickened in consistency, without lumps. Remember that you may need less or more flour, you can read more about this in the article, the link to it is at the end of the recipe.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Heat the frying pan, it is better to use a special frying pan - a pancake maker or a frying pan with a non-stick coating. For the first pancake, you can pour a tablespoon of vegetable oil into the frying pan; when frying the remaining pancakes, you do not need to add oil. Pour the dough into a well-heated frying pan. You can learn how to choose the perfect frying pan from the article linked at the end of this recipe.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Fry pancakes without soda and yeast over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Serve ready-made thin pancakes to the table with jam, jam, sour cream, condensed milk or stuffed with unsweetened fillings. Any filling and addition, both sweet and non-sweet, will suit pancakes according to this recipe: meat, chicken, fish and vegetables. Bon appetit!

Great recipe, I love pancakes with milk and bake them all the time, my daughter loves them too. True, I add a little more sugar - 2 tablespoons, but the taste is still not sweet, neutral. And of course, how can you not bake pancakes on the last day of Maslenitsa. But unfortunately, my daughter couldn’t have pancakes with milk, as she had recently been throwing up, and the doctor prescribed us a dairy-free diet. But I decided to take a risk and use boiled warm water instead of milk! And everything worked out! I greased the prepared pancakes with butter just a little bit, just for the smell, the pancakes turned out not greasy, not sweet and very tasty. Usually we eat pancakes with jam or honey, this time if with herring, we wrapped a small peeled piece of fish in a pancake and folded the pancake into an envelope. It was delicious! I recommend it to everyone.

I cook pancakes without soda in milk using the same recipe. I just add a little more sugar (after crushing it in a coffee grinder so that it dissolves faster), a little vanillin and only with full-fat village milk. Serve with butter, condensed milk or sour cream.

We made very tasty pancakes with milk and soda without soda! I cooked them for the first time and they were a little burnt, no big deal 😌 I poured about half a scoop, then the pancakes turn out thin and with holes. At the end I turned it over so that it was more beautiful 😅Thanks to the author for the recipe♥️
