Pancakes without soda with milk

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make pancakes without soda with milk? Prepare all ingredients. All products needed for preparing pancake dough stored in the refrigerator must be removed from the refrigerator in advance; they must be at room temperature.
STEP 2

Beat chicken eggs into a deep bowl; if desired, you can increase the number of eggs, the dough for pancakes will be richer. Beat the eggs with a mixer, blender, or hand whisk until smooth and a slight foam appears on the surface. Wash the eggs first using food-grade detergent to remove any dirt from them.
STEP 3

Pour milk into the bowl with the egg mixture, the higher the percentage of fat in the milk, the better, the pancakes will turn out softer and tastier. Add a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil; if you wish, you don’t have to add oil to the dough, but it will ensure that the pancakes “stick” perfectly from the frying pan, without requiring it to be added to the frying pan itself. Add sugar and salt. Beat the mixture again with a mixer until the sugar and salt are completely dissolved.
STEP 4

Add sifted wheat flour. Mix the ingredients or beat again with a mixer until the dough is homogeneous and slightly thickened in consistency, without lumps. Remember that you may need less or more flour, you can read more about this in the article, the link to it is at the end of the recipe.
STEP 5

Heat the frying pan, it is better to use a special frying pan - a pancake maker or a frying pan with a non-stick coating. For the first pancake, you can pour a tablespoon of vegetable oil into the frying pan; when frying the remaining pancakes, you do not need to add oil. Pour the dough into a well-heated frying pan. You can learn how to choose the perfect frying pan from the article linked at the end of this recipe.
STEP 6

Fry pancakes without soda and yeast over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
STEP 7

Serve ready-made thin pancakes to the table with jam, jam, sour cream, condensed milk or stuffed with unsweetened fillings. Any filling and addition, both sweet and non-sweet, will suit pancakes according to this recipe: meat, chicken, fish and vegetables. Bon appetit!
