  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make pancakes without milk using water with eggs? Prepare your food. Take the glass you will use to measure the ingredients with a volume of 250 ml. Use refined, odorless vegetable oil. You can vary the amount of sugar and salt depending on your preferences.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Take a bowl to knead the dough. Pour warm water into it - warm water will disperse the flour better. Add sugar, salt, beat in the egg. Mix the products with a whisk until smooth. There is no need to use a mixer; a whisk will do everything perfectly.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Pour vegetable oil into a bowl of water - it will prevent the pancakes from sticking to the pan. Sift flour together with baking powder.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Again, use a whisk to mix the dough well. All lumps should disappear. If you had warm water, then there will be no problems with this - the dough will come out homogeneous. You may need more flour, look at the consistency of the dough - it should become like drinking yogurt. If the dough seems too thick, add a little more water. Leave the finished dough to stand on the table for about 15 minutes - the pancakes will not tear when frying.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Heat a frying pan over high heat. Lubricate it with a small amount of vegetable oil. This will need to be done only before baking the first pancake; further greasing will not be needed - the oil in the dough will help. Pour a portion of batter into the pan. Using a circular motion, spread it throughout the pan.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Fry the pancakes until golden brown on one side, then flip over to the other. Adjust the heat yourself - the pancakes should fry quickly, but not burn. Remove the finished pancakes to a plate.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Serve the pancakes hot with sour cream, honey, jam, or vice versa, with something salty - caviar, fish. These pancakes are good for stuffing - they are thin and do not tear. Bon appetit!

I haven’t made pancakes for a long time) I wanted to make pancakes, but there was no milk. I found your recipe for “dairy-free pancakes on water with eggs.” All products are available. I decided to cook. I quickly kneaded the dough and left it, as written in the recipe, for 15 minutes so as not to tear. I just don’t understand how this affects) I fried it over a fire higher than average. Made 13 pancakes. They are very delicate and thin, to my surprise. The whole family ate pancakes with condensed milk. They are so thin that you can easily wrap the filling in them. Indeed, the pancakes do not tear! By the way, the pancakes themselves are also very tasty) A good, budget recipe!

I made pancakes for breakfast without milk using water and eggs. Since my family loves pancakes very much, I made the dough using three eggs at once (9 servings). Eggs category C1. I took the highest grade flour. I added the flour in parts, mixing thoroughly each time. It took me 380 gr. I left the dough to “rest” for 15 minutes. The dough turned out quite liquid. I fried the pancakes in a cast iron frying pan over medium heat on a large burner. My first pancake broke when I turned it over. I adjusted the thickness of the dough by adding two more handfuls of flour, after which everything went like clockwork. The pancakes turned over perfectly and did not stick to the pan. The pancakes turned out with holes, beautiful and rosy. They are soft, delicate, fold perfectly in half and in four. The pancakes have a bright and rich taste, despite the fact that they are cooked in water. katushafin, thank you very much for the great recipe!
